In Marvel4's Conversion Pack, they're simply called 'Asajj Ventress' Lightsabers'. It seems that Marvel4 also changed the name of her Lightsabers.
Pandemic gave the assets to the modding community, but they never released an updated executable to go along with it. The reason behind this inconsistency is that the PC executable doesn't contain the code required for the cord. On Xbox, there's a cord between the two sabers, so it essentially works like a nunchuck and looks pretty awesome. On PC, she holds both Lightsabers in one hand, making the animation look extremely awkward.
